About the Role

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as US Accounting Associates. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting activities for US clients and working with accounting records, transactions, and financial data.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger(GL) activities.
Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
Review invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
Perform basic data entry and maintain accounting records.
Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Follow accounting procedures and ensure data accuracy.
Communicate with internal teams and support US-based clients as required.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Valuable verbal and written English communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail and numerical ability.
Willingness to work in a US night shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Good to Have
Knowledge of US Accounting concepts.
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools.
Understanding of basic AP, AR, reconciliation, and general ledger concepts.
