Department: MIS Sales Operations

Reporting To: Manager – MIS

Junior MIS Executive

Experience: 2+ Years
Handle TA/DA, expense and incentive verification.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain Distributor (DB) Master and employee data.
Manage DMS &
SFA data, sales reports and validation.
Coordinate with Sales, HR and Finance for data accuracy.

Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
DMS &
SFA experience knowledge.

Senior MIS Executive

Experience: 5+ Years
Independently manage MIS, DMS &
SFA operations.
Verify TA/DA, incentives, reimbursements and expenses.
Manage DB Master, sales data and incentive calculations.
Prepare analytical MIS and management reports.
Reconcile data between DMS, SFA, Finance and HR.
Handle TA/DA & incentive automation and process improvement.

Skills Required:
Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Hands-on DMS &
SFA experience is mandatory.
