We are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to manage and supervise installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair activities of oil filtration machines at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day mechanical site activities.
Manage installation, servicing, and maintenance of oil filtration machines.
Lead and coordinate technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams.
Plan manpower, tools, materials, and consumables at site.
Inspect equipment and support troubleshooting.
Ensure timely completion of ARC/AMC service activities.
Maintain site service reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety rules and company procedures.




Guide and train technicians/helpers as required.

Eligibility:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; B.Tech preferred.
2–4 years of relevant site/industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in mechanical equipment servicing is preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of mechanical tools, drawings, and safety practices.
Willingness to travel/stay at project and client locations.
Knowledge of Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage.
