Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Need to work in shifts and handle shift independently for Paint Process & Product Quality control , trouble shooting etc.
• Co-ordinate with material suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation.• Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan.• Review , analysis & action planning of daily quality data , rework & rejection , internal & external customer complaints.• Paint Quality planning & execution for current model , recent color launches , recent projects in paint shop.• Field complaint analysis , action planning for paint shop related complaints.• Interact with body shop and TCF shops , PVT for paint shop quality related co-ordinations.• Facilitate Quality related internal/external audits.• Increase morale of the team by giving them input of Preferred Industries
