Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and qualified standards. Ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being under the supervision of the Nursing In-charge or Medical Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting in procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergency situations.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of ward, equipment, and instruments.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the physician or in-charge nurse.




Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols.
Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.

Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution.
Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Skills & Competencies:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Knowledge of hospital protocols and medical terminologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
