Job Title: Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse
Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing
Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration (INC recognized)
Work Type: Full time (Shift rotations: Morning, Evening, Night)
Department: General Ward, ICU, Emergency, or OPD

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care &
Monitoring
Monitor patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) regularly.
Observe changes in patient conditions and report critical shifts to doctors immediately.
Assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and comfort.

Clinical &
Medical Tasks
Administer oral, intravenous (IV), and intramuscular medications as prescribed by physicians.
Manage IV lines, change wound dressings, and maintain catheters.
Assist medical staff during diagnostic and surgical procedures.




Collect and label lab specimens safely.

Documentation &
Compliance
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment charts, and nursing notes.
Follow hospital infection control policies, hygiene standards, and protected medical waste disposal.

Requirements &
Skills
Education: Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital/clinic (freshers with robust clinical internship acceptable).
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Soft Skills: Compassion, active communication, emotional resilience, and teamwork.
