Plan, develop, and implement nursing education and training programs.
Conduct orientation and induction programs for newly joined nursing staff.
Provide classroom, clinical, and hands-on training to nurses.
Assess staff competency and identify training needs.
Conduct regular in-service education and continuing nursing education programs.
Support nurses in improving clinical skills and maintaining quality standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain education records.Collaborate with Nursing Administration and clinical departments.
Promote evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety.
Assist in developing and updating nursing policies, procedures, and protocols. Requirements
B.Sc. Nursing – Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Educator
Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience
Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
