About the Role

Arechar Healthcare is looking for energetic, confident and result-oriented Medical Representatives to join our growing specialty healthcare sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, building strong relationships with specialist doctors, generating prescriptions and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly meet and build professional relationships with doctors.
Promote and detail Arechar Healthcare products with strong scientific communication.
Generate prescriptions and drive product adoption.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop new doctors, hospitals, clinics and business opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups and effective doctor call frequency.
Plan and execute daily territory and field activities.
Monitor competitor products and market activities.
Maintain accurate daily reporting and customer records.
Participate in doctor meetings, CMEs, conferences and promotional activities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve territory objectives.

Doctor Specialties The candidate will primarily work with:



Medical Oncologists | Radiation Oncologists | Hematologists / Hemato-Oncologists | Gynecologic Oncologists | Surgical Oncologists | Urologists | Gynecologists | Other relevant specialists

Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare sales.
Oncology or specialty-segment experience will be preferred.
Experience dealing with specialist / super-specialist doctors is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.
Valuable follow-up, planning and field execution skills.
Territory knowledge and existing doctor relationships preferred.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Good discipline in reporting and daily work.

Compensation

Market-competitive salary + performance-based incentives, based on experience and suitability.
