Job Title: Field Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Provide support for desktops issue, Printer Config and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Windows and Ubuntu

systems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows & Linux/Ubuntu).
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including routers, switches, and

connectivity issues.
Configure and maintain network printers, shared printers, and resolve printing

issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance devices with

support from Vendors.
Perform remote troubleshooting and provide timely resolutions.
Visit stores/branch locations for on-site support when issues cannot be resolved

remotely.
Handle new store IT setup, including system installation, network setup, printers,

and CCTV configuration.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime across locations.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions,



and configurations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and replacements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience in:
Windows OS
Ubuntu/Install & Troubleshooting
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Routers and switches configurations.
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve the issues.
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to travel to store locations for support and setup

Additional Requirements
Must be flexible for field support and travel and should have 2-wheeler
Ability to handle end-to-end IT setup for new stores independently
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
Self-motivated and responsible
