Role Description This is a full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role based in Hyderabad.
The Occupational
Therapist will assess children’s developmental and functional abilities, design personalized therapy plans, and implement interventions to support independence in daily activities.
Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting goals as needed. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, engaging with families to provide guidance,
and contributing to holistic program planning for each child.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation for children with special needs.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to understand child development and related conditions.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience working with pediatric populations or in special needs settings is preferred.
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow ethical, evidence-based practices.
Solid observational skills, patience, and a child-centered, inclusive approach to care.
