Operations (reports to COO)
N-1: Production engineer, PPC in-charge, Maintenance in-charge, Stores and local Logistics
Manage plant personnel and ensure a high level of performance through transparent communication and productive empowerment.
Drive the optimization of existing production operations in order to meet defined. To organize purchase and PPC according to demand and quality standards, to ensure our goods are produced on time for delivery in time, be well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
To be organized and results-driven with outstanding problem-solving skills.
