Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef specializing in cakes and entremets to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing, decorating, and presenting a variety of desserts while maintaining our quality standards and contributing to menu development.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare a range of cakes, pastries, and entremets from scratch

* Design and execute modern cake decorations and finishing techniques

* Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

* Develop current recipes and seasonal menu items

* Manage daily production planning and inventory of ingredients

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace





* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

* Strong expertise in cakes, mousse-based desserts, and entremets

* Knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairing, and presentation

* Ability to work efficiently in a small team environment

* Attention to detail and creativity in dessert design

* Good time management and organizational skills

* Culinary degree or certification
