MuleSoft Integration Lead – Responsibilities:
Lead the MuleSoft development team and translate the Architecture Design Document into actionable sprint plans, developer task assignments, and delivery commitments.
Review and approve all MuleSoft flow code before promotion from Development to Test and from Test to Production settings.
Coordinate daily with the IBM ACP Integration Lead to ensure all MuleSoft implementations fully preserve Cast Iron business logic, transformation rules, and integration behavior.
Manage the development sprint backlog, track team velocity, and proactively flag scope or effort risks to the Project Manager.
Lead Release 1 and Release 2 cut-over execution, parallel run monitoring, and Cast Iron deactivation sign-off.
Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the Intertek operations team during hypercare.

Deliverables
Sprint-level development plan and backlog.
Code-reviewed and deployed MuleSoft flows (all 51, across both releases).
Cut-over runbooks (2).
Parallel run monitoring and sign-off reports.
