Reporting To: Managing Partner / CEO

CTC: 6.5 - 7.5 LPA (25% - 30 % of Salary is Variable linked to KPIs)

Required Qualifications
MBA (Marketing/Retail/Operations/Supply Chain) preferred
Bachelor's Degree mandatory

Experience
8 to 10 years in Retail Sales & Operations
Experience in Grocery, FMCG, Fresh Foods, Up-to-date Trade, Food Retail, Supermarkets or Specialty Retail
Experience handling multiple retail outlets
Experience managing P&L;
Solid inventory and merchandising experience
Knowledge of ERP/POS systems

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and execution-focused Retail Sales & Operations Sr Manager to build and scale our retail business while ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and profitable growth.

Position Summary

The Retail Sales & Operations Sr Manager will be responsible for the complete P&L; and operational performance of Organelle Farms' retail business. The role includes managing retail stores, driving sales, overseeing inventory, merchandising, staffing, customer experience, technology adoption, marketing execution, and expansion of recent retail outlets.

This role requires a leader who can seamlessly integrate retail operations with the company's farm-to-fork supply chain while building scalable systems for future expansion.
