Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Employee Transportation (ETS) operations.
Track every vehicle, trip, and route to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure vehicles are fully charged/fueled and ready before duty.
Align drivers as per duty schedules and routes.
Ensure clean, neat, and well-maintained vehicles are deployed.
Optimize routes to reduce dead kilometers and improve vehicle productivity.
Plan and manage back-to-back trips effectively.
Coordinate with client-site POCs and staff for smooth operations.
Ensure employee safety and women's safety during transportation.
Ensure drivers are well-rested and fit for duty.
Monitor driver productivity, route productivity, and vehicle utilization.




Resolve real-time operational issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain strong service quality and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Employee Transportation Services (ETS) / Fleet / Transport Operations.
Hands-on experience managing
corporate employee transportation
.Positive knowledge of
route planning, trip tracking, and vehicle deployment

Experience in driver coordination and fleet utilization.Understanding of dead-kilometer reduction and back-to-back trip planning.Robust coordination skills with clients, employees, drivers, and vendors.Valuable understanding of employee and women's safety requirements.Solid communication and problem-solving skills.Gurugram-based candidates preferred.Immediate joiners will be given preference. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
