Responsibilities
Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for internal permanent roles at Pinnacle Technical Resources




Work closely with department leaders to define job requirements, craft detailed job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles that support Pinnacle’s mission and culture
Proactively source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and Pinnacle’s internal talent networks to fill open positions
Ensure a skilled and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process
Promote Pinnacle Technical Resources’ culture, values, and career opportunities through job postings, career fairs, and social media to attract top IT and skilled talent
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across Pinnacle’s diverse departments
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process in line with Pinnacle’s commitment to diversity
