Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets as per the approved beat plan.
Ensure adequate availability of company products at each outlet.
Arrange products prominently on shelves, display racks, counters, and promotional areas.
Maintain proper product visibility according to company merchandising standards.
Check stock levels regularly and inform the sales team regarding replenishment requirements.
Monitor product expiry, damaged stock, slow-moving stock, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Ensure proper display of POS materials such as posters, danglers, shelf strips, standees, and promotional materials.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and promotional schemes to customers and retailers.
Promote company products and support generation of secondary sales from retail outlets.
Build valuable working relationships with shop owners, retailers, salespersons, and customers.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional schemes, displays,



and market activities.
Collect market feedback and communicate the same to the reporting manager.
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns at the outlet level.
Capture outlet-wise photographs and merchandising evidence wherever required.
Maintain daily outlet visit, sales, stock, and merchandising reports.
Ensure company branding and promotional materials are maintained properly.
Coordinate with distributors and sales representatives for stock availability and market servicing.
Identify opportunities for additional product placement and increased shelf space.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
