We are looking for an MPT Technician to perform Magnetic Particle Testing on forged components and identify surface and near-surface defects as per quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) on forged components.
Identify cracks, laps, seams, inclusions, and other defects.
Operate and maintain MPT inspection equipment.
Evaluate and interpret MPT indications as per applicable standards.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Ensure proper equipment calibration and inspection procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for defect identification and corrective action.

Freshers to experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in forging component inspection will be an added advantage.
