Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation
Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, references, walk-ins, and other sources.
Follow up with recent and existing leads regularly.
Maintain an updated lead database.
Customer Interaction
Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and flat configuration.
Explain project features, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Build robust relationships with prospective buyers.
Site Visits
Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
Explain the project and available units during the visit.
Address customer queries and support them throughout the decision-making process.
Sales Conversion
Convert enquiries and leads into site visits and bookings.
Negotiate within approved company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
Customer Follow-up
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
Keep customers informed about availability, pricing, offers, construction progress,



and possession schedules.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
Documentation & Coordination
Assist customers with booking forms and required documents.
Coordinate with the CRM, accounts, legal, and documentation teams.
Follow up on payments and documentation as required.
CRM & Reporting
Update customer information and lead status in the CRM.
Maintain records of calls, meetings, site visits, and bookings.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Lead or Sales Manager.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market conditions.
Post-Sales Support
Maintain a valuable relationship with customers after booking.
Coordinate with the CRM/customer-service team to resolve customer concerns.
Encourage customer referrals and support client retention.
