Our consultants design, configure, and extend Oracle’s cloud-native platforms—with a sharp focus on Redwood UI—to deliver intuitive, scalable, and future-ready customer engagement experiences across sales, service, and marketing functions.

Role &
Responsibilities
Design and implement custom Redwood UI components and layouts to enhance user experience across Oracle CX modules.
Configure and extend Oracle CX applications using Redwood Framework, ensuring alignment with business process workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate UX requirements into technical specifications for Redwood-based interfaces.
Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of Redwood UI pages across devices and user roles.
Debug and resolve Redwood UI-related issues in development, test,



and production environments.
Document UI architecture decisions, component libraries, and best practices for Redwood implementation across projects.
