Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
Monitor sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, and profitability.
Ensure SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
Lead and manage Store Managers and outlet teams.
Review daily/weekly MIS and operational reports.
Control wastage, inventory, and operational expenses.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, Kitchen, and Marketing teams.
Handle customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Support recent outlet openings and implementation of operational processes.
Pay: ₹15,318.88 - ₹35,000.00 per month
