Operations of upstream and downstream process equipment's.
Hands on experience on operations of fermenters (30L to 5 KL), aseptic inoculums transfer, Nutrient dosing vessels, media preparation vessel's and CIP tanks.
To perform media preparations, media transfer and CIP generation and distribution
To prepare Fermenter and process equipment sterilization activities and cleaning activities.
Handling Autoclave, microscope, PH meter, LAB centrifuge and weighing balance.
Knowledge on automation systems like PLC SCADA.
coordination with maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown activities of process equipment.
calibration of PH meters and weighing balance
Adherence to SOPs, BMRs and product specifications.
In process sampling and real time data entry in log book
To perform supervising housekeeping activities
monitoring and maintenance of raw material
adherence to valuable manufacturing practices, positive documentation practices and safety compliance
work in shifts
