Head Hunter India is seeking a energetic and experienced Head of Marketing & Sales to spearhead business growth in the Masterbatches, Chemicals, and Polymers sector. We're looking for a leader with a strong background in chemical engineering or polymers and a proven track record of managing successful sales and marketing strategies across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive significant revenue growth and increase market share for masterbatches, chemicals, and polymers .
Identify and capitalize on prospects in both domestic and international markets, creating tailored strategies for each region.

Market Expansion
Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends, understand evolving customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes.
Build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers in targeted regions.

Team Management
Oversee and mentor the sales and marketing teams ,



ensuring their efforts are fully aligned with organizational goals.

Operational Excellence
Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to streamline sales and marketing operations, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Product Expertise and Customer Engagement
