Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the VP - People, the People Business Partner will serve as a key HR/People representative for the country, responsible for co-designing the people strategy and driving its effective implementation across the organization.

Youll be in charge of:
Ensuring legal compliance in the country of operations and providing continuous training on local compliance requirements
Managing People interventions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, compliance, audits, performance management, employee engagement, retention, and exits
Adapting or developing country-specific People policies and processes
Designing and conducting country-level training for managers and employees on HR policies and processes




Driving employee engagement and country culture while championing Sistema.bios internal communications and organizational culture
Executing quarterly People data reporting and analytics
Managing and maintaining expertise in the internal HR software, BambooHR, and training others on its effective use

More about YOU:

Education:
Bachelor in Management, HR, or any relevant field

Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in HR or applicable relevant experience.

Key Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent in English
Preferred: Fluent in Hindi
