Kareverse is a rapid-growing elder care startup on a mission to help older adults stay mobile, active and independent. We're looking for a Physiotherapist to own our physical assessment practice and set the clinical standard for how we care for older adults.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll run assessments across our community camps and home visits, build the methods we assess by, and keep the quality of our partner physiotherapists high.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Conduct physical, balance and mobility assessments for older adults — at community camps and in their homes
Own and refine our assessment protocol — the tests, scoring and standards we work to
Oversee and quality-check our network of partner physiotherapists, so every client gets consistent, high-quality care
Turn assessment findings into transparent,



practical recommendations for clients and their families

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Registered physiotherapist (IAP member / valid state registration)
Own vehicle — you'll travel to camps and homes across Bangalore
Bonus: experience in geriatric physiotherapy
