Land acquisitions – structuring, title, documentation, and closure
Obtain Occupancy Certificates for ongoing projects & full Commencement Certificates for current projects
Landowner-led sourcing discussions and negotiations
Support founders in sourcing discussions and early-stage assessment of redevelopment and luxury residential opportunities.
Engage with landowners to evaluate redevelopment potential, regulatory feasibility, and approval pathways under DCPR 2034.
Conduct site-level feasibility reviews covering FSI optimisation, approval sequencing, and development potential.
Prepare transparent BD notes and decision briefs to support promoter-level go / no-go decisions and deal progression.
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to keep BD discussions, feasibility inputs, and approval planning aligned.
