Performance Marketer

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Create campaign strategies based on business objectives.
Conduct audience research and build high-converting targeting strategies.
Work closely with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy,



audiences, and landing pages.
Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track conversions using Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required Skills
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Understanding of eCommerce marketing and conversion funnels.
Experience working with Shopify brands is a plus.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
