Handle customer queries via voice calls efficiently and professionally.
Provide resolutions to customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting
Maintain accuracy in data entry and call logs.
Required Candidate profile
Excellent English comm skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
