Key Responsibilities
Handle all operational and preventive maintenance (PM) calls within committed SLAs.
Complete installation, commissioning, and demonstration jobs based on booked projects.
Meet response and turnaround times for assigned calls.
Plan and execute PM, I&C;, and demo activities efficiently.
Develop robust relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels.
Generate current sales leads through customer interaction and coordinate with the marketing team.
Achieve service sales targets to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Maintain discipline and accuracy in CRM systems, including ServiceMax and SFDC.
