Role & responsibilities
Experience in Design & Development of Exterior trims at Automotive OEM around 18 to 25 years of experience.
Solid program management skill with a goal/target minded discipline process excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Hands on experience in CATIA application.
Good knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
DMU check for packaging feasibility & interaction with all concerned departments.
At least one complete project execution as Team Lead of Design & Development of Exterior trims.
Feasibility checks for CAS, Tooling direction
Experience in Exterior Body trims such as Front bumper, Grill, Side cladding, Wheel arch, Rear bumper, Mudflap
Valuable knowledge of drawing, GD&T;, BOM & & assembly process flow.
Interaction with CFT including CAE, assembly line, Production planning, suppliers.
Having positive experience in Homologations for ECE & FMVSS, AIS standards.
Having good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS & DFMEA (4D) rules & product process flow chart system.
