Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python AI Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, robust exposure to contemporary AI frameworks, and proven experience in leading engineering teams building production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems using Python
Architect and build LLM-based applications (RAG pipelines, agents, copilots)
Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Build and optimize data pipelines, model pipelines, and APIs
Mentor and guide a team of developers and data engineers
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and clients for solution delivery




Drive innovation using emerging AI tools and frameworks

Required Skills
Strong programming expertise in Python
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning / NLP
Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Claude, etc.) and Prompt Engineering
Experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Good to Have
Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Experience in handling large-scale distributed systems
Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.)
