Role & responsibilities
Ensure Implementation of QAQC plan, approved SOPs and work is as per drawing.
Witnessing all material and concrete testing supplied by contractor and its vetting.
Review and vetting of all inspection protocol approved by execution team.
Witnessing all test in Lab. & field.
Detail visual health inspection and signing of protocol.
Review of inspection protocol of material supplied by contractor.
Review quality of work on day-to-day basis.
Review of batching plant operation and its documentation.
Random checking of approved/certified pour card before concrete clearance and after concrete documents.
Review of field strata encountered during field excavations duly certified by execution team and certified joints record.
Highlighting drawing deviations.
Verify contractor invoices (running & final) including joint measurements, material reconciliation, equipment logs, and manpower records before forwarding to finance.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification BE, B TECH MECH

Experience 8+ YEARS

Critical Skills Desired site civil work quality and contractors billing verification as per Drawing ,QAP and ITP.
