• Scale Meta & Google while maintaining CAC/ROAS efficiency
Drive budget allocation, bidding, audience & geo strategy
Build the growth playbook across creative testing, landing pages & funnel optimization.
Own measurement across blended CAC, incrementality & payback
Build and lead the performance marketing team.
