This opportunity is ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing their own candidates, have an established LinkedIn network, and want the flexibility to work independently.

Responsibilities
Source and recruit qualified candidates for U.S.-based positions.
Recruit across Healthcare, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Legal industries.
Identify, engage, screen, and submit qualified candidates.
Manage your own recruiting process using your preferred sourcing methods and tools.

Requirements
Proven experience recruiting for the U.S. market is required.
An established LinkedIn network with access to U.S.-based professionals.
Robust sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Social Media, job boards,



referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently deliver qualified candidates.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor prospect with no base salary or guaranteed income.

Compensation is paid for successful placements in accordance with our payment terms.
