We are expanding our surgical team to meet growing clinical demand across tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Role & Responsibilities
Perform complex orthopedic procedures including total knee/hip replacements, spine surgeries, fracture fixation, and arthroscopic interventions.
Lead pre-operative evaluations, surgical planning, and post-operative care coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Diagnose musculoskeletal disorders using clinical exams, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT) and lab diagnostics to determine optimal surgical or non-surgical paths.
Supervise junior surgeons and residents, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and surgical safety checklists.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, pain management specialists,



and prosthetists to design personalized recovery plans.
Contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives—track surgical outcomes, minimize infection rates, and drive patient satisfaction metrics.
