Required Skills & Tools
Expertise in 3Ds Max or Maya for modeling and texturing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for texture creation and layout.
Hands-on experience with ZBrush or Mudbox for sculpting and detailing.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Blender and Unity 3D will be an added advantage.
Understanding of perspective, proportions, and reference-based modeling .

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D models and textures for both cartoon and realistic characters and objects.
Use references to develop detailed and accurate 3D assets.
Develop pilot assets that meet internal and external quality benchmarks.
Ensure all created assets meet the company's visual and technical standards before integration.
Align all 3D work with Exioms' creative vision , brand identity, and product goals.

Preferred Qualities
Solid attention to detail and a valuable sense of form, shape, and color .
Ability to work independently or as part of a creative team .
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent tools and pipelines as needed.
