Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, priorities, and correspondence across time zones
Travel with the CEO for business across the GCC, Europe, and beyond — handling all logistics end-to-end
Coordinate with vendors, production partners, logistical partners, and external collaborators; track and follow through on deliverables
Assist with ZAVI production timelines and monitor deadlines across the company; work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
Capture quality on-ground photos and videos for ZAVI’s social media channels and the Founder’s personal social channels
Provide attentive childcare support for the CEO’s young child during travel




Manage home affairs and oversee household staff on behalf of the CEO
Run personal errands and provide lifestyle support as required

Requirements
Must be based in Mumbai
Has a history of receiving international visas (any country); comfortable travelling independently, with the family, and at short notice
Valuable eye for social media content with the ability to independently capture quality photos and videos
Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a household/childcare management role is a plus
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and coordination

Personality

Highly organised and proactive — you anticipate needs before they are voiced
Discreet and trustworthy with personal and professional matters
Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change
Curious about fashion, sustainability, or brand-building
