We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Python and Generative AI to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, machine learning, and building AI-driven solutions using contemporary Generative AI technologies. You will work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models using Python to solve real-world business problems.
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, and AI-powered applications.
Develop AI prototypes and convert them into scalable production solutions.
Integrate AI models with existing enterprise systems and applications.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.




Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills:
5–9 years of experience in Python development and AI/ML projects.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.
Experience with frameworks and concepts such as LangChain, RAG, NLP, and AI model integration.
Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and AI solution deployment is preferred.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.
Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and AI application architecture.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a quick-paced environment.
