Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services while contributing to technical decisions, architecture improvements, and high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot in a microservices-based architecture.
Participate in technical design discussions, define service boundaries, and contribute to architecture decisions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure reliable service communication across distributed systems.
Own end-to-end delivery of features, including requirement analysis, design, development, code reviews,



testing support, and production deployment readiness.
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code while following development best practices and coding standards.
Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve application reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to performance optimization and scalability improvements for backend services.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–9 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java .
Strong experience with Spring Boot and building enterprise-grade applications.
Proven experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications .
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, API
