Position: Personal Security Officer (PSO) Director

Location: As per Director’s movement / Company locations

Reporting To: Director / Authorized Representative

Role Summary The Personal Security Officer (PSO) will be responsible for ensuring the personal safety, security, and protection of the Director at all times. The role requires high alertness, discretion, physical fitness, and prior experience in close protection duties.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure personal security and safety of the Director during travel, meetings, events, and daily movements.
Conduct threat assessment and risk analysis of locations and routes.
Maintain strict vigilance at residence, office, hotels, and public places.
Plan and execute secure travel arrangements, including route planning and advance security checks.
Coordinate with local authorities,



drivers, and support staff when required.
Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of all personal, qualified, and security-related information.
Perform access control and crowd management when required.
Ensure readiness of security equipment and follow standard security protocols.

Eligibility & Experience
Preferred Background:
Retired personnel from Paramilitary Forces / NSG / SPG / Army / Police Special Units
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in personal security, VIP protection, or close protection duties
Age Limit:
Maximum 50 years
