What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
Closely monitor and examine each stage of the entire production process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Proofread and segregate posts in accordance with our written quality procedures.
Ensure that all team members follow documented procedures and standards to maintain high-quality output.
Decline posts that are poor in quality , provide constructive feedback to the responsible team members, and ensure that all errors are rectified.




Interact effectively with colleagues and leadership to ensure a smooth and effective workflow .
Maintain and ensure the overall quality of the website and its content.

What You Will Bring: Qualifications
Education:
A BA or MA in English Literature .
A BA or MA in Mass Communications .
