Conneqt Digital is seeking a energetic and results-oriented Sr. Quality Manager with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence to optimize our Finance and Accounting processes. Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Accounting (F&A;) functions, including Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , and Record to Report .
Execute data-driven root cause analysis and challenge existing workflows to enhance efficiency.
Promote process harmonization and drive the transition to automated settings.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of optimized F&A; processes.
Facilitate the implementation of recent services, ensuring alignment with operational goals and best practices.
Oversee and mentor teams on operational excellence methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications




Educational : Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering , Business Administration , or Science .
Technical Skills :
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification with hands-on project execution experience.
Proficiency in applying operational excellence methodologies to transactional processes within F&A.;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to root cause analysis.
Familiarity with shared service environments and automation tools is a plus.
Other Requirements :
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.
