Key Responsibilities:
Support the product team in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic product documentation.
Serve as a first point of contact for client queries understanding, tracking, and helping resolve product-related requests in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
Help analyze data and information to support product decisions.
Contribute to research, competitor analysis, and product enhancement initiatives.
Support testing and other product activities as needed.

Required Skills:
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and similar tools.




Willingness to handle client queries and support requests directly.
Eagerness to learn and a self-driven attitude.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
Basic familiarity with the Jira tool and Agile concepts.
Internship or academic project exposure to product or business analysis.
A graduate degree in any relevant discipline.

Domain Preference

Candidates with FinTech and Capital Markets experience will be preferred, with a positive understanding of financial products, trading platforms, investment workflows and market processes.
