Job Title: PCBA Manufacturing / NPI Engineer

Role Summary

Engineer with experience in PCBA manufacturing, DFMA, DFT, and NPI engineering, with solid knowledge of electronic assembly processes and EMS/contract manufacturing.

Must-Have Skills
Bachelor?s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5 to 8 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing, DFMA, DFT, or NPI engineering
Solid understanding of SMT, THT, PCB fabrication, and electronic assembly processes
Experience working directly with EMS providers and contract manufacturers
Knowledge of IPC standards ? IPC-A-610, IPC-2221, IPC-7351
Experience with PCB design/manufacturing tools such as CAM350
Ability to review and analyze Gerber files, stack-ups, panelization, and manufacturing outputs
Hands-on experience in yield improvement, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation
Familiarity with manufacturing quality tools: 8D, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
