Purpose of the role:

We are seeking a agile and experienced product manager to drive comprehensive marketing efforts for our orthopedic large joint (knee and hip) product portfolio.

This role will encompass upstream and downstream marketing, digital marketing, medico-

marketing, and the design and execution of medical education and clinical programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and industry knowledge to drive brand growth, ensure clinical adoption, and establish a trusted market presence

Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Market Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for recent products, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Marketing Collateral: Creation of engaging and impactful content, including product catalogs, brochures, presentations, and training materials.
Marketing Communication: Craft and deliver compelling messaging across all channels to build brand equity and drive sales.
Digital Marketing: Drive the social media and digital strategy for the product and new launches
Create Medico-marketing initiatives to drive learning and uptake of portfolio




Stakeholder engagement:
Work closely with sales, operations, regulatory, and clinical teams to align marketing strategies with corporate goals.
Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, and industry events.
Data Analysis:
Analyzing primary and secondary data trends and sharing insights with leadership team
Work on demand planning and forecasting based on data analysis and trends
Vendor Management:
Identify and recommend new vendors and support vendor registration process to ensure contracting
Follow up for delivery of content/material. Ensure adherence to timelines and requirements
