ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
Convert customer demand, rolling forecasts and sales plans into executable production plans.
Drive daily, weekly and monthly production reviews to ensure committed volumes are delivered.
Own plant contribution towards OTIF / OTD performance.
Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Production, Quality and Dispatch to meet internal and customer commitments.
Identify potential bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions before delivery risks arise.
Ensure production plan adherence with effective WIP and inventory control.
Drive productivity, capacity utilization and operational efficiency across the plant.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid Machining Process Expertise.
Plant Operations Management in Automotive / Heavy Manufacturing.
Solid understanding of Production Planning &
Execution
