Plant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations, production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
Lead ISBM production and ensure effective operation of ASB DPW and ASB 12M machines.
Monitor OEE, productivity, downtime, rejection and production targets.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Stores and other functions for smooth plant operations.
Drive process improvement, automation, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
Manage manpower, shift operations, training and team performance.
Ensure product quality, safety standards and compliance across the plant.
Manage material availability, inventory and efficient material handling.




Support recent machine installation, commissioning and process stabilization.
Review plant KPIs and drive corrective actions for improved operational performance.

Mandatory Experience
10+ years in Plant Operations / Manufacturing
Solid experience in PET Bottle Manufacturing
Hands-on experience in ISBM
Must have worked on ASB DPW and ASB 12M machines
Strong knowledge of production, maintenance coordination, quality and plant operations.
Experience with ASB 50MB / 250 / 650 will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Plastic Technology, Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
