Key Responsibilities
End-to-end procurement for Greenfield chemical/manufacturing projects.
Procurement planning aligned with project schedule, engineering and construction milestones.
Handle procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Piping, Utilities and Equipment.
Prepare RFQs, float enquiries, conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate with vendors.
Vendor identification, development, qualification and finalization.
Manage CAPEX procurement and high-value equipment/packages.
Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, QA/QC, Construction and Operations teams.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders, contracts and rate agreements.
Monitor supplier manufacturing, inspection, dispatch and delivery schedules.
Handle import procurement, logistics and import documentation where required.




Drive cost optimization, value engineering, TCO analysis and budget control.
Manage procurement MIS, project procurement trackers and expediting reports.
Ensure procurement complies with quality, safety, statutory and project specifications.
Support procurement during installation, commissioning and project handover.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
