Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, ensure protected and efficient production, and maintain compliance with PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day CNG plant operations and activities.
Monitor plant equipment, machinery, testing and maintenance activities.
Ensure strict compliance with PESO, safety and operational procedures.
Maintain plant registers, checklists, logbooks and inspection records.
Monitor pressure, storage and dispensing systems.
Coordinate with technicians and maintenance teams.
Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct routine plant inspections and report abnormalities.
Coordinate emergency response and safety procedures.
Prepare daily operational reports for management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in plant operations, preferably CNG/gas/industrial plants.
Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Science.
Knowledge of plant safety and basic mechanical/process operations.
Positive supervisory, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
