Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Domestic Recruiter with 1–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across various industries and job functions while ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout and onboarding.
Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT)



are achieved.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills
1–5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
Good understanding of recruitment life cycle and hiring processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, or BPO hiring is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
